Organizational Chart

• Business Lead: Business Lead is a major component of our sales-led company. Without business leads filling our sales funnel, sales reps are at a loss as to who to contact and try to sell to.
• Lead Strategist: Our Lead Strategists are responsible for understanding client objectives, conceptualizing digital tactics that meet those goals, and overseeing successful execution of programs.
• Business Development Manager Client Services: They are responsible for building lists of sales leads, then pitching to these prospects to build our company’s client list.
• Business Development Manager Field Operations: Field operations managers are responsible for executing and improving our company’s field marketing, sales, and merchandising initiatives. This may include hiring and training a team of field reps, evaluating and analyzing their performance, and planning and managing logistics.
• Finance / HR Manager: They are responsible for documenting billing information, analyzing tax reports, monitoring candidates on our company’s payroll, and processing invoices.
